- Mix the first 4 ingredients together until thoroughly blended. Season with 1 tablespoon cheese mixture.
- Press into caps.
- Place on greased broiler pan, about 4 inches from heat, for 3 to 5 minutes, or until cheese melts.
- Do not overbroil.
