Cheese Baked Potatoes

Instructions
- Bake potatoes until tender.
- Let cool.
- Cut in halves.
- Scrape pulp from skins and mash.
- Add a little milk to make light and fluffy.
- Saute onions in butter.
- Stir with potato mixture along with salt and pepper.
- Pile mixture back in potato shells.
- Cover top with grated Cheddar cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
- Put on a cookie sheet and bake at 450° for 25 minutes.
