Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 11 x 13 inch Pyrex dish.
  2. Layer the bottom of the dish with one can of crescent rolls.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the rolls in the dish.
  5. Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and place them on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Brush the top with beaten egg white.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
