Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened (light)
  • 1/4 c. oleo
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
  • 1/2 Tbsp. capers, drained
  • 3/4 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. caraway seed

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and oleo until light.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients until blended.
  3. Serve at room temperature.
  4. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
