Cheesecake Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1/4 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. 1. In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, vanilla and lemon juice.
  2. 2. Pour into your popsicle molds. Freeze overnight.
  3. 3. When ready to serve, unmold the popsicles, dip in melted chocolate then graham cracker crumbs. Serve immediately, or place them back in the freezer for the chocolate to harden.
