Cheesy Cauliflower(Microwave)

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 tsp water
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Clean the head of cauliflower and leave it intact.
  2. Place the cauliflower in a bowl with 2 teaspoons of water.
  3. Cover the bowl with Saran Wrap, opening one side for venting.
  4. Microwave the cauliflower for 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from microwave and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Spread sauce over the cauliflower (if desired, though not specified).
  7. Top the cauliflower with shredded cheese.
  8. Microwave, uncovered, for 1 minute to heat the topping and melt the cheese.
