Cheesy Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • Nilla wafers
  • 1 can pie filling
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Make sure cream cheese is soft, then beat all ingredients until nice and smooth.
  2. Use foil cupcake liners.
  3. Place a Nilla wafer in liner.
  4. Fill liner about 3/4 way.
  5. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Cool.
  7. Top with cherry or blueberry pie filling.
  8. You may also use any flavor jelly.
