Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups dried potatoes, slices
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sliced processed cheese

Instructions
