Cheesy Hash Bake

Ingredients

  • 7 to 8 slices white bread, crust removed
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 (15 oz.) can corned beef hash
  • 1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Line a 9 x 13-inch glass casserole dish with bread slices. Press hash over bread.
  2. Sprinkle cheese over hash.
  3. Beat eggs and milk together and pour over cheese.
  4. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until set.
