Cheesy Spinach Ramen

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 package ramen noodles, prepared according to package instructions, discarding seasoning packet
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil a large skillet over medium heat. Add prepared ramen noodles to pan. Stir in milk, then Parmesan cheese. Stir in spinach and garlic powder; season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
