Ingredients

  • 21 or 23 oz. family size brownie mix
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Prepare the brownie batter as directed on the package.
  2. Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking pan.
  3. Bake the brownies for 25 minutes and then remove from oven.
  4. Mix the cream cheese until fluffy.
  5. Add the Eagle Brand milk, egg, and vanilla to the cream cheese and mix well.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the partially baked brownies.
  7. Bake for an additional 25 minutes or until set.
  8. Allow the brownies to cool.
  9. Pour cherry pie filling on top of the cooled brownies.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
