Instructions
- Dissolve arrowroot powder in cherry juice and water.
- Cook until thickened, adding another cup of juice.
- Then add sour cherries, honey and almond extract.
- Let simmer 1 minute.
- Cool. Pour into baked Stir-N-Roll Pie Crust Shell.
- Place in refrigerator to chill.
- Serve with homemade ice cream or fresh grated coconut.
