Cherry Cups

Ingredients

  • 30 vanilla wafers
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, vanilla, eggs and sugar together on high speed.
  2. Place wafer in bottom of 2-inch paper cup in muffin pan. Fill cups 3/4 full of mixture.
  3. Cook at 375° for 15 minutes, until tops are smooth and dry looking.
  4. Let cool completely, then place 1 teaspoon of cherry mixture on top.
  5. Refrigerate until served. More excellent party food!
