Cherry Cups

Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, vanilla, eggs and sugar together on high speed.
- Place wafer in bottom of 2-inch paper cup in muffin pan. Fill cups 3/4 full of mixture.
- Cook at 375° for 15 minutes, until tops are smooth and dry looking.
- Let cool completely, then place 1 teaspoon of cherry mixture on top.
- Refrigerate until served. More excellent party food!
