- Spray a 6 1/2 cup mold with Pam to prevent sticking.
- Dissolve cherry gelatin in hot water according to package instructions.
- Add lemon juice and no-cal raspberry syrup to the gelatin mixture and stir well.
- Chop cantaloupe into small pieces and fold into the gelatin mixture.
- Cream the cream cheese until smooth and fold into the gelatin mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared mold and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours or overnight.
- Unmold onto a serving plate and decorate with pecan halves before serving.
