Ingredients
- 2 (16 oz.) jars mild cherry peppers, drained
- 2 oz. prosciutto, thinly sliced ⓘ
Instructions
- Slice off and discard the stems from the cherry peppers.
- Using a small spoon, scoop out and discard the seeds from each pepper.
- Cut the prosciutto into 1 to 2-inch squares.
- Cut each pineapple chunk in half and wrap each piece with a prosciutto square.
- Stuff each prosciutto-wrapped pineapple into a cherry pepper.
