Ingredients

  • 2 (16 oz.) jars mild cherry peppers, drained
  • 2 oz. prosciutto, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Slice off and discard the stems from the cherry peppers.
  2. Using a small spoon, scoop out and discard the seeds from each pepper.
  3. Cut the prosciutto into 1 to 2-inch squares.
  4. Cut each pineapple chunk in half and wrap each piece with a prosciutto square.
  5. Stuff each prosciutto-wrapped pineapple into a cherry pepper.
