Instructions
- Melt butter and saut garlic in pan on medium heat.
- Add olive oil and allow it to heat up.
- Then add potatoes to pan and cook on medium to low heat for 10 minutes, covered.
- Add sliced onion to pan and lower heat to low and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, covered. Cook until potatoes and onion are tender.
- Onions can be added sooner depending on how much you want them to cook down.
- Serves 2 to 3 people.
