Instructions
- In a saucepan, saute onion.
- Add tomato sauce and peas with juice, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder.
- Simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Pan-fry potatoes.
- When done, drain.
- In a 1 quart pan, press uncooked chopped meat to about 1-inch thick.
- Add potatoes.
- Cover with tomato sauce mixture.
- Bake at 400° for about 45 minutes or until meat is done.
- Serve hot with favorite salad.
