Ingredients

  • 3 lb. chicken parts (legs, thighs, wings)
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Goya Adobo
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 c. Goya extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 lemon and 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 packet Sazon Goya con culantro yachiote

Instructions

  1. Cut parts into morsels and discard wing tips.
  2. Season well with adobo.
  3. Mix rest of ingredients, except corn oil, and pour over chicken.
