Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, cooked and boned
  • 1 stack Ritz crackers
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. In 9 x 9-inch dish, melt butter; mix well with crushed crackers.
  2. Add chopped chicken.
  3. Mix sour cream and soup.
  4. Pour over chicken; add few cracker crumbs on top.
  5. Bake 25 minutes at 325°.
