Chicken Fontanelli

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless chicken breast
  • 1 bag fresh spinach
  • 1/4 c. "lite" Italian dressing
  • 1/2 to 1 c. freshly grated Fontanelli cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook fresh spinach (boil in pot).
  2. Take chicken in 13 x 9-inch pan with aluminum foil; pour Italian dressing.
  3. Drain spinach and top chicken.
  4. Add Fontanelli cheese on top.
  5. Put aluminum foil over dish and bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
  6. Serve warm.
  7. Yields 4 servings.
