- Place thawed artichokes on the bottom of a glass baking pan. Top with chicken breasts, salt and pepper. Cut bacon strips in half and lay on top of chicken.
- Pour on vermouth and bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 1/4 hours. Sprinkle chopped tomatoes and Cheddar cheese on top after bacon is brown and cook an additional 15 minutes.
