Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, cooked and boned (reserve broth)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 large can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Mix mushroom soup and 1 can of broth; add the rest of ingredients.
  2. Mix well, adding more broth if it is too thick.
  3. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch casserole.
  4. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
  5. Makes 12 servings.
