Ingredients

  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. chicken bouillon granules
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. chives
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Combine on stovetop in heavy saucepan; cover and bring to boil. Simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
  2. Stir.
  3. Or microwave in 2-quart casserole. Cover.
  4. Cook on High for 5 minutes, Low 17 minutes.
  5. Standing time 5 minutes.
  6. Stir.
