Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 2 chicken breast, cooked shredded 8.5 oz
  • 1 cup white onion, diced
  • 2 garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1/3 cup chicke broth
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Saute onions and garlic until soft, about 2 minutes
  2. Add chicken, salt, cilantro, cumin, oregano, chili powder, tomato sauce and chicken broth. Cook 4-5 minutes and remove from heat.
  3. place a little mixture into each tortilla, roll and cook.
