Ingredients

  • 2 lb. chicken wings, wing tips removed
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, mashed
  • 1/2 cup oil and olive oil, mixed
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup minced parsley

Instructions

  1. Rub the chicken wings with salt and freshly ground pepper.
  2. Place the chicken in an oiled baking dish and brush with the mixed oil and olive oil.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes, turning once during cooking.
  4. Remove from oven and serve.
