Chicken Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can pizza sauce
  • 1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. refrigerated Parker House rolls (unbaked)

Instructions

  1. Dip chicken in sauce.
  2. Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes. Separate rolls; roll each one into a 5-inch circle.
  3. Dip chicken in pizza sauce again; roll in cheese.
  4. Place on round of dough. Pull dough around chicken and pinch together, leaving bony end of drumstick uncovered for finger eating.
  5. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
