Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 8 oz. pkg. sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. white cooking sherry
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix crumbs (dry)
  • 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  2. Pound boneless breast slightly.
  3. Lay out in baking dish and cover with slices of Swiss cheese.
  4. Mix cream of chicken soup with cooking wine.
  5. Pour mixture over chicken and top with stuffing crumbs.
  6. Drizzle melted butter over top.
  7. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
