Ingredients

  • 1 c. Minute rice
  • 1 c. chopped broccoli
  • 1 c. Colby cheese
  • 1 c. cooked and shredded chicken
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Mix everything together and pour into greased baking dish; sprinkle with paprika.
  2. Cover and bake for 45 minutes in a 400° oven.
