- In a large bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, ketchup, oil, and garlic. Beat all the ingredients together well.
- Add the chicken to the sauce and ensure the chicken is completely covered.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours, or as long as possible.
- Preheat the oven to 200C.
- Place the chicken with the skin side up on a lined baking tray, adding the marinade too.
- Cook for 30 minutes.
- Turn over and cook for a further 30 minutes on 180C.
