Ingredients

  • 2 c. hot cooked rice
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. fresh tomatoes
  • 1 c. chickette (vegetarian protein)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and rice in pan.
  2. Add chickette and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Serves 5 to 6.
