Chile Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 to 12 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 green chile, diced or cut in strips to use for decoration

Instructions

  1. Place chilies and cheese in a greased casserole dish.
  2. In a bowl, beat eggs; add milk and mix well.
  3. Pour mixture over cheese and chilies.
