Ingredients

  • 2 box Mac & cheese
  • 2 bags Mexican roasted corn
  • 2 cans Beef Chili
  • 2 box Corn Bread mix
  • 1/2 bag Grated mexican blend cheese

Instructions

  1. Prep mac & cheese. Add chili and a little of the cheese; stir and spread into greased baking pan.
  2. Evenly top chili mac with corn & the sauce pellets and cotija cheese that also come in the bag.
  3. Prepare corn bread batter and spread over top. Top with remaining cheese and bake uncovered.
