Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. diced bacon
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 large peppers
  • 4 large tomatoes, peeled
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Saute bacon.
  2. Add onion and garlic, saute 3 to 4 minutes. Add peppers and tomatoes. Cover and saute 5 minutes.
  3. Add salt. Cook, uncovered, 10 minutes on low.
