Chili Squares

Ingredients

  • 2 4 oz. cans green chilies - chopped and drained
  • 12 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese - shredded
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9x9 inch pan and line with chilies.
  2. Beat eggs and cheese and Tabasco.
  3. Pour over chilies and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Cool a few minutes before cutting into squares.
  5. Serve warm or cold.
  6. Can be reheated.
