Chillin' Orange-Mango Mousse
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 qt. hot water (140 degrees F to 160 degrees F)
- 3 cups orange-flavored gelatin
- 1 loaf PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened ⓘ
- 6 Tbsp. lime zest Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09 ⓘ
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice ⓘ
- 3 qt. whipped topping ⓘ
- 1-1/2 qt. mangos, chopped Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09
Instructions
- Add hot water to gelatin mix; stir until completely dissolved.
- Beat cream cheese in large bowl of mixer fitted with whisk attachment on medium-low speed 1 min.
- or until creamy.
- Blend in zest and juice.
- Gradually add gelatin, beating well after each addition.
- Blend in whipped topping.
- Stir in mangos.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
- Use #8 scoop to portion mousse into individual servings.
