Ingredients

  • egg
  • soy sauce
  • rareripes
  • onion
  • rice
  • pressed ham

Instructions

  1. Lightly saute minced onion, add rice and toss until the grains are covered, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Add beaten egg and stir-fry until cooked.
  3. Add diced (small diced) meat and rareripes. Shake in soy sauce until rice becomes a light brown.
  4. Stir constantly.
