Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. grated Colby cheese
  • 1 c. elbow macaroni, not cooked
  • 1 pkg. chip beef
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix all together; add 2 chopped hard-boiled eggs.
  2. Stir gently; store covered in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour.
