Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle chili powder
  • 1 (2 to 2 1/4 lb.) package lean pork tenderloin
  • 1 (12 oz.) bottle hickory smoked flavor barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high, 3 to 4 hours. Pork should shred easily with two forks when fully cooked.
