Chive Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 12 cup sour cream
  • 12 cup buttermilk
  • 3 tablespoons chives, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 12 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons tarragon vinegar
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 dash hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Whisk together sour cream, buttermilk, chives, garlic, Worshestershire and vinegar.
  2. Season to taste with salt, pepper and hot sauce.
  3. Serve with a green salad or boiled and chilled vegetables.
