Choco-Mint Meringues

- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Beat egg whites and vinegar for 10 minutes and gradually add sugar.
- Mixture should get stiff and form soft peaks.
- Add mint flavoring and a few drops of green food coloring to get a light green color.
- Stir in the chocolate morsels.
- Drop from a teaspoon on an ungreased cookie sheet (easier if the cookie sheets are covered with aluminum foil).
- Put in oven and turn off heat.
- Leave for 4 hours.
- Makes 85 to 100 cookies.
