Ingredients

  • 12 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped
  • 4 cups whole almonds or pecan halves or walnut halves

Instructions

  1. Stirring constantly, melt the semi-sweet baking chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add about 1 cup of nuts to the melted chocolate, stirring to coat well.
  4. Remove coated nuts individually with a fork and place on waxed paper.
  5. Repeat with remaining nuts.
  6. Allow the chocolate to harden.
  7. Store in a cool place (do not refrigerate).
