Chocolate Lime Bisque

Instructions
- Put 1 cup crumbs in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan; spread evenly. Mix the water, jello, sugar and lemon juice; let cool.
- Add grated chocolate.
- When beginning to set, whip evaporated milk.
- Add gelatin mixture; whip together until thick.
- Pour over crumbs in pan.
- Top with remaining crumbs.
- Refrigerate until set.
