- Grate the chocolate into a dish. Wet the outer edge of a chilled cocktail glass with a bit of the chocolate or coffee liqueurs and then dip the rim into the grated chocolate. Reserve any remaining chocolate. Combine the remaining ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Pour into the rimmed glass and sprinkle the remaining grated chocolate on top.
