Chop Chop

Ingredients

  • 1 c. carrot wedges, chopped
  • 1 c. celery wedges, chopped
  • 1 c. onions, cut lengthwise and chopped

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
  2. Search refrigerator for any leftover meats or gravies.
  3. Slice chicken, skin and all, into small chunks. Add bouillon if needed.
  4. Add any leftover hamburger or other meats to the pot.
  5. Add chopped carrots, celery, and onions to the boiling mixture.
  6. Simmer all ingredients together until flavors meld and vegetables are tender.
  7. Serve the hot mixture over cooked rice.
