Chopped Duck Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp hot chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 None Thai chili, finely chopped
  • None None Chopped Duck Salad
  • 1 None Peking duck, flesh chopped
  • 9 oz green papaya, peeled, seeded, shredded
  • 1 head baby romaine lettuce, leaves separated, chopped
  • 2 None oranges, segmented
  • 2 None shallot, finely sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves

Instructions

  1. Whisk together fish sauce, chili sauce, lime juice, sugar and chili. Set aside.
  2. In a large serving bowl, combine duck with remaining ingredients. Add vinaigrette and toss to combine. Season and serve.
