Chopped Duck Salad
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp hot chili sauce ⓘ
- 1 tbsp lime juice ⓘ
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 None Thai chili, finely chopped

- 1 None Peking duck, flesh chopped ⓘ
- 9 oz green papaya, peeled, seeded, shredded ⓘ
- 1 head baby romaine lettuce, leaves separated, chopped ⓘ
- 2 None oranges, segmented ⓘ
- 2 None shallot, finely sliced ⓘ
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves ⓘ
Instructions
- Whisk together fish sauce, chili sauce, lime juice, sugar and chili. Set aside.
- In a large serving bowl, combine duck with remaining ingredients. Add vinaigrette and toss to combine. Season and serve.
