Chourico Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chourico (chicken or turkey)
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 sweet peppers
  • 2 onions
  • small bottle Heinz ketchup

Instructions

  1. Grind or chop chourico.
  2. Remove strings from celery.
  3. Remove seeds from sweet peppers.
  4. Peel onions and chop all veggies. Place in pan and add ketchup, enough to cook for 1 hour.
  5. Good warm or cold; can also be frozen for future use.
