Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 Tbsp. brandy, rum or wine
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Cream sugar, egg yolks, salt, brandy and vinegar.
  2. Add flour, roll out very thin.
  3. Slice into oblong rectangles about 1 x 3-inches.
  4. Slit centers and twist through.
  5. Fry in deep fat fryer until they turn a cream color.
