Ingredients

  • 12 oz. Wisconsin Cheddar cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 8 small tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. About 1 hour before serving, cube the cheese and quarter the tomatoes.
  2. Put the cheese and tomatoes in a large salad bowl and toss with Italian dressing.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  4. Serve with crackers.
