Ingredients

  • 15 oz. mini Brie
  • 1/2 cup chutney

Instructions

  1. Remove rind from the top of the Brie cheese, cutting to within 1/2 inch of the outside edges.
  2. Place the cheese on a microwave-safe dish and spread chutney over the top.
  3. Sprinkle with bacon bits.
  4. Microwave, uncovered, at High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until the Brie softens to desired consistency, giving the dish a half turn after 1 minute.
  5. Serve with unsalted crackers or fruit.
