Ingredients
- 15 oz. mini Brie
- 1/2 cup chutney ⓘ
Instructions
- Remove rind from the top of the Brie cheese, cutting to within 1/2 inch of the outside edges.
- Place the cheese on a microwave-safe dish and spread chutney over the top.
- Sprinkle with bacon bits.
- Microwave, uncovered, at High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until the Brie softens to desired consistency, giving the dish a half turn after 1 minute.
- Serve with unsalted crackers or fruit.
