Cilantro Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup firmly packed fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, quartered
  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp ground cumin

Instructions

  1. Process cilantro and garlic in a food processor until finely chopped.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Process until almost smooth. Season dip to taste with salt and pepper.
